Design Dazzler Artist of the Month September 2008  4 Walls Color Design Susie Kades, Color Consultant/Muralist This mural was painted for a nine year old girl with a love for horses. Being the middle child, her mom wanted to surprise her with an extra-special room makeover while she was away at camp. Mom had gathered some reference material which was quite helpful; she had the horse, stable and colors chosen. We decided on the placement, and flipped the horse so he could look down at the little girl in her bed. I created her own special brand with the letter "A" and a heart and placed it above the stable door. The project was thoroughly enjoyable and was wonderful to be a part of such a nice surprise for Autumn. My company, 4 walls color design, has been in existence full time since 1999, and part-time since 1986. Along with murals, I specialize in color consulting, and my passion is for transforming kids' bedrooms and retail/restaurant spaces with color.
