Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Design Dazzle will be happy to accept your return up to 14 days after you receive the product (see following exceptions). You may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding the shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.  All items returned to Design Dazzle must be returned new in its original unused condition and enclosed in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the item for a refund, exchange or store credit. The following items are non-returnable: furniture, custom made items, fabric, all art and personalized items.
Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our items will be backordered for a certain amount of time. If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the expected ship date. If you choose not to wait for your order, we will refund your money immediately.
To return an item, please email customerservice@designdazzle.com and include your order number, what product you are returning and your name. We will give you a return authorization number. Once we receive the return we will issue you a credit.


Policy on Custom Orders
If an item is made to order or custom made, it is not returnable.  We cannot accept returns on made to order or custom items.  If you need to cancel a custom order, please do so within 2 days of ordering.

Shipping Information

Shipping rates apply to orders shipped by ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Ground shipping typically takes 3 to 7 days from ship date to arrive - busy holiday periods will take a little longer. Delivery services do not operate or deliver on weekends or holidays. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped ground within the contiguous United States. Large items such as furniture might require additional delivery fee or shipping surcharges. Listed below are the shipping costs based on the total amount of your order.
Ground standard shipping
orders under $30 - $4.50
orders $30 - $50 - $4.51- $7.50
order  $50 - 75  - $7.51 - $11.25
orders $75 - $99 - $11.25 -$14.85
orders $99 free standard shipping

For shipments that are undeliverable or have been refused, these deliveries will be charged the shipping fee and an extra 10% or handling fee.


Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders totaling $99 or more shipped to any address within the 48 contiguous United States. Some larger furniture pieces or large bulky, heavy items incur a delivery surcharge due to the packaging and extra care. Delivery surcharges are noted in the products description.

Standard Delivery vs. Premier Delivery
Standard delivery for larger items include delivery of your item inside the main threshold of your home or building. For an extra fee, you may order premier delivery. Premier delivery consists of placement of your item in the room of your choice, unpacking your item and removal of packing material (trash). Does not include assembly. Due to the extra handling involved with the premier delivery service your shipping time may be an extra 1-2 weeks. Please contact us at customercare@designdazzle.com, if you have any questions.

Freight Delivery

If you are receiving a freight shipment from a freight carrier, the freight company will call to schedule a delivery. You need to be present at time of receipt to inspect and sign for the delivery. Your responsibility is to perform a thorough inspection of your delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. If there is any sign of damage it is very important to write this on the drivers delivery ticket. If you signed for the carton without notating any damage on the delivery receipt you have signed the goods as "Free and Clear". A notation of "Subject to Inspection" or "Possible Damage" on the delivery receipt is not acceptable and is viewed the same as if it were signed clear. If damage is not specifically notated on the delivery receipt, the delivering freight line will not accept responsibility for the damage. That means that we will not be reimbursed for the damaged merchandise and freight charges; therefore, we cannot provide replacements to you free of charge. You will be responsible for any replacement costs.

International Orders/Shipping outside the 48 contiguous states 
We usually do not ship international. If you would like to email customerservice@designdazzle.com with a description of the product you are interested in, we will see if we can ship international. The free shipping on all orders is only for the contiguous states. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO addresses and Canada. If you place an order for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, you will be contacted via email regarding extra charges in shipping fees. You are responsible for additional taxes and/or duty tax/customs. If you have any questions about shipping or would like a shipping quote, please contact us at customerservice@designdazzle.com.

Damaged Shipment
Our products are packaged well to withstand damage during shipping. If an item is damaged or is missing parts, please contact us. If your shipment appears only slightly damaged, write damaged package when you sign for the deliver. You can refuse delivery of the shipment, if the package looks significantly damaged. If you refuse delivery, please contact us.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax except for orders shipped to destinations in California; which is subject to a 7.25% sales tax.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you entered upon checkout. Please check your email for any mistakes so the necessary changes can be made. This email is your receipt. If you do not receive this order confirmation, contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Backorder Policy
Some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. You will be notified immediately with the expected ship date. If your order cannot be shipped, you will not be charged for the order. If you would like to cancel the backorder, please email us at customercare@designdazzle.com.  If your order had already shipped, refter to the return policy.

Secure Credit Card Transactions

We use SSL software that is an industry standard for website e-commerce transactions. This is the best software for secure transactions, it encrypts your credit card number so it is unreadable until we receive it.

We match prices
We will meet or beat any competitors price. If you find the exact item at a lower price, contact us at customercare@designdazzle.com. In order to match or beat a lower price, it must be brought to our attention before or within 2 days of purchase. The items must be sold by an authorized US retailer - closeouts, misprinted information and online auction sales do not apply. No other discounts can be applied. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Terms And Conditions
Design Dazzle strives to provide accurate product and pricing information to our customers at all times. However, sometimes errors do occur, in which case we reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel any affected orders. A refund would be issued immediately for any purchase we need to cancel.
